What We Do

Each time we work with a new client, we look at the learning outcomes they want to achieve and then develop a solution that is ‘best fit’ and meets their specific needs. Is a bespoke, skills-based learning programme needed? Is there a global curriculum that exists that needs to be localised and rolled out? Do internal materials already exist that can be adapted or updated?

Our solutions are customised to the individual needs of each client. Our key strength is our ability to produce blended learning solutions by harnessing the latest e-learning techniques and combining them with dynamic face-to-face approaches.

Explore

Using research and analysis, we understand the issues in depth and seek to match learning to what is relevant, up to date and needed.

Experience

Learning is not a one-off event, it is a process. We turn this process into an experience

Expand

Appropriate learning experiences expand the ability, motivation and effectiveness of the audience.

We believe we do something that makes a real difference and provides context, so that the audience can see themselves applying their skills and abilities in everyday work situations. We know that to inspire learning, solutions should be fun, appeal to all learning styles and employ the seven learning intelligences.

We believe passionately in learning as the force to drive individual and business development, which is why we approach solutions from the audience’s viewpoint to ensure our training is effective and engaging. We make it memorable and fun, with less blah and more substance. We do this through our model, which revolves around the three Exp’s:

Our experience across industries and geographies/regions enables us to share best practices across different industry groups. In addition, our team members are regularly attending global workshops to develop and refine their knowledge and capability. It is this approach that enables us to be thought leaders in our segment and offer the very best in up-to-date learning methodology.

Conference Interventions

For sales conferences, we offer bespoke learning interventions to help carry a message to the troops. We have delivered conference presentations on developing sales strategies, business simulations, growing business through acquisition, management and renewal, audience profiling and keynote speaking covering our subject areas in the curriculum. At global sales conferences for clients including GE Healthcare and QinetiQ, we have provided powerful interventions to move the sales team closer to achieving business aims. We have also worked with a number of event agencies to provide a total conference experience from start to finish.

Business Games

We believe learning should be fun, active and relevant. For this purpose, we have developed a number of tools/games which help to lift learning to a higher level. These have been used at the boardroom level to facilitate changes in strategy, through to the shop floor. Some examples of our custom-made games include:

  • Managing the customer journey using “customer journey maps”

  • Retailer on a roll – a fun role play using a virtual retailer rollout map covering key areas such as converting walks-ins to sales, service response and enquiry generation

  • Boardroom strategy and blue ocean thinking

  • Custopoly – a strategy game involving bidding for new customers, developing conquest strategies and how to retain customers at the end of the ownership cycle

  • Business strategy map – looks at the full business cycle covering design, delivery and resourcing
